When you write, call or use our enquiry form, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, message and lesson-related information you choose to share. We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange lessons, administer appointments and keep reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and student information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve a legitimate query. Access is limited to people who need it for studio administration.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or update personal information, or raise a concern about our use of it, by emailing [email protected]. We will consider requests in accordance with the PDPL. If your concern is not resolved, you may contact Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Authority where applicable.
